• GTO 20 Year limited manufacturer warranty.
• GTO Aluminum expressly warrants that its aluminum products are free from manufacturing defects in material or workmanship.
• If, during the Limited Warranty Period, any of the GTO Aluminum Product(s) is damaged or defective in GTO Aluminum workmanship, GTO Aluminum will, in its sole discretion, replace the defective material(s).
• GTO Aluminum’s replacement of the Product(s) of this Limited Manufacturer Warranty is the exclusive remedy for any defect in materials or workmanship. GTO Aluminum will only replace “GTO Aluminum” branded product(s). GTO ALUMINUM WILL NOT REFUND OR PAY ANY COSTS RELATED TO IMPROPER LABOR OR MISHANDLING.
• When installed according to GTO Aluminum specifications and properly maintained, such product is guaranteed against the following:
• Warping: When properly installed, warping that exceeds the ability to perform a proper installation, or displays serious visible contortion to the finished installed materials, can be issued for replacement at GTO Aluminum’s sole discretion.
• Corrosion: When properly installed, and maintained, such product is further guaranteed against rusting and corroding.
• Cracking- No visible cracking of the GTO Aluminum Finish.
• Chalking Resistance- No chalking of the GTO Aluminum Finish.
• Color Retention-No color change of the GTO Aluminum Finish.
• Color change shall be measured on the exposed paint surface which has been cleaned of oil, grease, chalk, oxidized film. Adhesion of GTO Aluminum Finish will show no removal of the film.

Warranty Terms and Conditions 

• During the GTO Aluminum “Warranty Period”, the “owner” or “purchaser” of the originally purchased material must live and own the property. The warranty duration (20) years, commences on the date of delivery.
• If, in GTO Aluminum’s sole discretion, any defective material is not reasonably able to be repaired, refurbish, or replace, GTO Aluminum will serve as the sole exclusive remedy and refund an amount up to the owner’s original cost on the defective material.
• GTO ALUMINUM IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY MISHANDLING CAUSED BY FAULTY WORKMANSHIP IN INSTALLATION.

Not Covered:

• Discoloration and fading that occur as a direct result of natural or environmental conditions. Our product may result in pigment variations as each piece of material is uniquely designed for differentiation to resemble real wood tones.
• GTO Aluminum material that is exposed to atmospheric conditions with corrosive or aggressive atmospheres, such as those contaminated with chemical fumes, salt or other corrosive elements, including marine or coastal areas within the proximity of a body of salt water.
• The warranty will not be applicable to damages affected by any fire, explosion, accident, drought, storm, hail, earthquake, embargo, act of God or of the public enemy or other casualty which has resulted in, or could reasonably be expected to result in, a Material Adverse Effect.
• Improper or Careless maintenance: The customer is required to meet the annual cleaning methods that are stated in the Required Maintenance section of this warranty.
• GTO Aluminum requires a notice within 30 days of the detection of any material defect and must seek authorization from GTO Aluminum to process any claims for repairs and/or refinishing work. Claims can be made by writing to GTO Aluminum via email (info@gtoaluminum.com). The claimant must provide proof of purchase. GTO Aluminum must be provided with an acceptable period of time to inspect the claim for verification before the claim can be fully processed.
• Post installation scraping or scratches to the surface or damages to the GTO Aluminum product(s) caused by shipping or mishandling and/or improper installation.

Required Maintenance: GTO Aluminum requires freshwater cleaning and maintenance quarterly to prevent corrosion from accumulated deposits.

Start by wiping the surface gently with a wet sponge or microfiber cloth to remove any loose dirt and debris.

All GTO Aluminum products should be cleaned with either a soft cloth or a brush, using a solution of mild soap and warm water. The best type of soap to use for this purpose is one that has emulsifiers that can break down the most common types of stains.

Pressure washing is an efficient method of cleaning. The pressure washer should be used on a low-pressure setting with filtered water. Recommended not to use unfiltered tap water or groundwater.

Avoid Harsh Chemical Cleaners – Powder coatings can be damaged by harsh solvents.

Costumer is required to keep a maintenance log of all routine maintenance performed on GTO Aluminum material(s). Log must be submitted on an annual basis to (info@gtoaluminum.com).

EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES:

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT, THE DISTRIBUTOR DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, MADE TO GTO ALUMINUM, A FUND OR ANY OTHER PERSON, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES REGARDING QUALITY, SUITABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE (IRRESPECTIVE OF ANY COURSE OF DEALING, CUSTOM OR USAGE OF TRADE) OF ANY SERVICES OR ANY GOODS PROVIDED INCIDENTAL TO SERVICES AND/OR WORKMANSHIP PROVIDED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT. BOTH PARTIES DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OF TITLE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.
